Zdravo svima! Kako ste ovih dana? Svet je u haosu zbog covid19 pandemije i naš uobičajen stil života je pauziran do daljnjeg. Uzrujana sam što ne mogu konkretnije da pomognem u ovoj situaciji, ali sam odlučila da budem aktivnija na Instagramu (moj profil možete pronaći ovde) i delim ideje kako da provodimo vreme kod kuće i mnogo pozitivne energije jer nam je to svima potrebno. Ovo su neke od ideja koje sam već podelila na svom profilu:
1. Uživajte u sunčanom vremenu: Provedite topao, sunčan dan na balkonu/terasi ili kratko prošetajte napolju SAMO ako se ne udaljavate od kuće. Takođe, ako izlazite u kratke šetnje, idite sami, ne dolazite u kontakt s drugim ljudima. Svi bismo voleli da provodimo vreme napolju sad kad je proleće stiglo, ali ovo nije šala. Slušajte medicinske stručnjake i ako vam oni savetuju da izbegavate izlaske osim da dokupite namirnice ili druge potrepštine, ostanite kod kuće koliko god vam je dosadno.
2. Čitajte knjigu: Sigurno ćete pronaći bar jednu knjigu koju ste kupili ili dobili na poklon pre mnogo vremena. Sad je pravo vreme da se opustite i malo čitate! Ako zaista želite da nađete nešto novo, instalirajte aplikaciju za čitanje i preuzmite knjigu koju pre niste čitali na kompjuter, tablet ili telefon.
3. Preuredite orman: Ja sam se malo više zabavljala i spajala odeću i aksesoare u preslatke kombinacije koje ću sigurno nositi kad se sve ovo završi i budemo mogli da se vratimo svom uobičajenom životnom stilu. Ako nađete odeću koja vam više ne odgovara ili vam se više ne sviđa, odložite te komade u torbu i donirajte u dobrotvorne svrhe kad prođe socijalna izolacija. Nikada se ne zna kome može pomoći malo vaše ljubaznosti. Takođe, ako treba da kupite nešto, podržite lokalne male biznise i brendove, njima je sad jako teško i treba im sva pomoć koju mogu da dobiju da preguraju ovaj period.
4. Poradite na ljubavi prema sebi: Socijalna izolacija je teška na različite načine i ne podnose je svi podjednako dobro. Upravo zato je ključno da poradimo na tome kako se ophodimo prema sebi i kako vidimo sebe. Šta god se desi u životu, jedina osoba koja će biti uz tebe i na koju ćeš moći da se osloniš si ti.
5. Preuredi svoj dom: Pošto smo prisiljeni na to da ostanemo kod kuće na duže vreme trebalo bi da se postaramo za to da prostor u kome boravimo bude što prijatniji. Ne pričam ni o kakvom renoviranju (mada možete da razmislite o tome šta biste voleli da promenite posle svega ovoga i zabeležite to negde), samo raskrčivanje polica će transformisati prostor! Sklonite sve što vam više ne treba i razmislite o tome možete li to da donirate, poklonite ili preprodate.
6. Nega kose: Sad kad nam životi više nisu užurbani (bolje rečeno - praktično su pauzirani) imamo i više nego dovoljno vremena da posvetimo dodatnu ljubav i negu svojoj kosi. Tretirajte je najhranljivijim preparatima, stilizujte je bez toplote i pustite je da diše, kosa će vam biti jako zahvalna.
7. Provodite vreme s kućnim ljubimcima: Moja dva psa mi mnogo pomažu u ovom periodu jer su nepresušni izvor bezuslovne ljubavi. Toliko sam srećna kad se igram s njima da ponekad i zaboravim protiv čega se borimo sve ovo vreme. Ako već nemate kućnog ljubimca, posetite lokalni azil ili udruženje za udomljavanje i udomite jednu od tih prelepih duša - neće vas voleti samo u ovim kriznim vremenima, njihova ljubav traje zauvek.
8. Doterajte se: Ništa mi ne podiže raspoloženje kao pastelne boje i cvetni dezen sad kad je proleće, zato biram da se doteram čak i za odlazak do dnevne sobe. Ako vam se dopada moja odevna kombinacija evo odakle je šta: blejzer i bluza su sa SheIn sajta (možete ih pronaći ovde i ovde), a torbica je sa sajta Cocopat (možete je pronaći ovde).
9. Opustite se i uživajte: Distancirajte se od stresa koji ova situacija nosi sa sobom, ne opterećujte se svime što vidite na TVu ili internetu. Popijte šolju kafe ili čaja, čitajte knjigu, gledajte film ili seriju, odmorite se malo.
10. Igrajte igrice: Niko nije bezbrižniji od dece i zato biram da se s vremena na vreme vratim u detinjstvo radeći nešto što volim već godinama - igranje video igrica! Zahvaljujući internetu i najmodernijim konzolama možete čak igrati sa svojim prijateljima iz udobnosti svoje sobe.
11. Preorganizujte šminku: Sačuvati zdravlje je imperativ, pogotovo sada kad je naš zajednički neprijatelj virus o kome još uvek ne znamo ni blizu dovoljno. Jedan od načina da sačuvamo zdravlje jeste da strogo vodimo računa o tome šta stavljamo na lice - temeljno pregledajte svu svoju šminku, preparate za negu i druge kozmetičke proizvode i bacite sve čemu je istekao rok. Napravite i spisak stvari koje vam zapravo trebaju da sprečite nove impulsivne kupovine. Verujte mi, isplatiće se na duže staze.
12. Igrajte se šminkom: Jeste li ikada poželeli da probate nešto novo i drugačije sa šminkom, ili čak odećom? Ima li boljeg trenutka za to od ovog? Niko ne izlazi iz kuće, samim tim i nema ko da vas vidi sve i da bude potpuni promašaj! Kombinujte dezene, budite odvažni s bojama, eksperimentišite koliko god hoćete i zabavljajte se! Potrebni su nam svi načini skretanja pažnje kojih možemo da se setimo.
Pošto ova bitka s corona virusom nije ni blizu kraja u većini zemalja, slobodno me zapratite na Instagramu ako vam se dopada moj sadržaj i ja ću se potruditi da širim ljubav i pozitivnu energiju na svojim platformama ne bih li nam svima koliko-toliko olakšala sve ovo. Ostanite kod kuće i budite bezbedni, zajedno smo u ovome.

Hello everybody! How are you lately? The world's been thrown into chaos due to the corona virus pandemic and our usual lifestyle was put on hold until further notice. It really upsets me that I can't help much in this whole ordeal, but I decided to be more active on my Instagram (you can find my profile here) to share some ideas on how to spend our time at home and a lot of positive energy because we all need it. Here are some ideas that I shared on my profile already:
1. Enjoy the sunny weather: Spend a warm, sunny day on your balcony or have a short walk outside ONLY if you don't go far from home. Also, if you're leaving for a short walk, go on your own, make no contact with other people. We'd all like to spend our time outside now that spring is here, but this is no joking matter. Listen to the medical experts regarding this matter and if they advise you to avoid leaving your house unless you need to shop for groceries or other necessities, stay inside as much as it annoys you.
2. Read a book: You'll surely find at least one of those books you bought a long time ago or you got as a gift. Now's a good time to set your mind at ease and do a little reading! If you really want to find something completely new to read, install a reading app and download something you've never read before to your computer, tablet or phone.
3. Reorganize your wardrobe: I chose to have some extra fun by matching my clothes and accessories and creating cute outfits that I'll surely wear when all of this is over and we can go back to our usual lifestyle. If you stumble upon clothes that no longer fit you or you don't like them anymore, put those garments in a separate bag and donate to a charity once social distancing ends. You never know who might benefit from your kindness. Also, if you need to shop anything, support your local small businesses, they're having a very hard time right now and could use all the help they can get to pull through.
4. Practice self-love: Social distancing is difficult in different ways and not everyone handles it equally. This is exactly why it is essential for us to work on the way we treat and perceive ourselves. Whatever happens in life, the only person that will stay by your side and that you'll always be able to count on is you.
5. Tidy up your place: Since we're forced to stay home for quite some time we should make our living space as pleasant as possible. I'm not talking about renovating (though you can think about some changes you'd like to implement when this is over and note them somewhere), something as simple as decluttering your shelves can make your living space look and feel so much better! Put everything you no longer need aside and think about whether you can donate, gift or sell those things.
6. Hair care: Now that life is no longer rushed (better said it's put on hold) we have more than enough time to give our hair some tlc. Treat it with the most nourishing products, avoid using heat to style it and let it breathe, your hair will be so thankful.
7. Spend time with your pets: My two dogs are helping me a lot in this period as they are the ultimate source of unconditional love. Playing with them makes me so happy that sometimes I even forget what we're up against. If you don't own a pet already, visit a local animal shelter and adopt one of those beautiful souls - they will not only love you in these times of crisis, their love is forever.
8. Dress up: Nothing lifts up my mood quite like pastel colors and floral print now that it's spring, so I choose to dress up even for a trip to the living room. 9. Take things easy: Distance yourself from the stress of this situation, don't overburden yourself with everything you see on TV or the internet. Have a cup of coffee or tea, read a book, watch a movie, let your mind relax a bit.
10. Play video games: No one is more carefree than kids, and I choose to go back to being a kid by occasionally doing something I've loved for years now - playing video games! With all the benefits of the internet and modern consoles, you can even play with your friends online without leaving the comfort of your room.
11. Declutter your make up: Keeping your health is essential, especially now that our common enemy is a virus we still don't know even remotely enough about. One of the ways to preserve your health is to be strict about what you put on your face - take a look at all your make up, skincare and other cosmetic products and throw away everything that's expired. Make sure to also make a list of things you actually need and work on stopping yourself from impulsive shopping. Trust me, you'll benefit in the long run.
12. Play with make up: Ever wanted to try something wild and crazy with your make up, or even clothes? What better time to do it than now, no one is leaving their homes and no one can see you even if it ends in disaster! Mix patterns, go bold with colors, experiment all you want and have fun with yourself! We need all the distractions we can get.

DeleteToliko stvari uradim u toku jednog dana da je to nevjerovatno. Počevši od toga da odradim sve vezano za online nastavu koja se održava, pa preko bloga i obaveza oko njega, zatim kućnog ljubimca, mojih ukućana i na kraju ostavim vrijeme za sebe. Čitam, razmišljam, radim vježbe, pravim nešto ukusno. Karantin i nije loša stvar.

DeleteSuper predlozi za ove dane izolacije, ja se trudim da svaki dan kuvam mojima nešto novo i isprobavam nove recepte, citam knjige ili listam internet i pricam sa prijateljima video pozivom, zaista se osećam bolje od kada sam prstala da pratim vesti, jer sam se pvih dana samo stresirala. Nadam se da će sve ovo brzo proći.

DeleteSuper ideje. U sunčanom vremenu se može uživati i na balkanu, a ima i toliko stvari koje možemo raditi kod kuće, kao organizirati stvari (nešto što uvijek odgađamo). Slažem se i da se dobro dotjerati jer to podiže raspoloženje.
