Birthday

Yesterday I celebrated my 18th birthday. Actually, it wasn't really a celebration. I didn't want to organize anything at first, but when I heard that my friends bought me some gifts, I thought it would be selfish from my part to not give them anything in return, so I had a little festivity at home. Love, happiness and health was all I wished for, and I hope those modest wishes will come true. Actually, I wished for something else too, but I think that one is impossible (for now, at least). ;)

Even though the presence of my friends (even my hair dresser showed up) was a priceless gift, they made me really happy with the gifts they brought along. I'll show you all of them!

Juče sam proslavila svoj osamnaesti rođendan. Zapravo, to nije baš bila proslava. U početku nisam želela da išta organizujem, ali kada sam čula da su mi prijatelji kupili neke poklone, pomislila sam kako bi bilo sebično s moje strane da im ničim ne uzvratim, tako da sam imala malo slavlje kod kuće. Ljubav, sreća i zdravlje bilo je sve što sam poželela, i nadam se da će se te skromne želje ostvariti. Zapravo, poželela sam još nešto, ali mislim da je to nemoguće (barem za sada). ;)

Iako je prisustvo mojih prijatelja (čak se i moja frizerka pojavila) bilo neprocenjiv poklon, jako su me obradovali poklonima koje su doneli. Pokazaću vam ih sve!

The first gift I got was from my uncle, aunt and cousins - this Festina wristwatch is very elegant, and it will come in handy since I didn't have a single one until yesterday.

Prvi poklon koji sam dobila bio je od mog ujaka, ujne i rođaka - ovaj Festina ručni sat je veoma elegantan, i poslužiće mi pošto nisam imala nijedan do juče.

I got this beautiful oversize adjustable bracelet and statement necklace from my neighbour Jovana. I have trouble buying jewelry for myself when it comes to bracelets because my wrists are really thin and most of them keep falling off, but this one is excellent, so she really nailed it.

Dobila sam ovu predivnu veliku prilagodljivu narukvicu i upečatljivu ogrlicu od svoje komšinice Jovane. Imam problem s kupovinom nakita za sebe kada su u pitanju narukvice jer su mi zglobovi jako tanki i uglavnom mi spadaju, ali ova je odlična, tako da je stvarno pogodila.

My friend Maja went to Cyprus some time ago, and she returned on the morning of my birthday, so she pleasantly surprised me for even coming over. I laughed when she told me she recognized my apartment by the Tokio Hotel posters she saw through the window. :D During her stay there, she bought me this stuffed piggy she named Mila and this adorable thingy for the sweet dreams I'll be needing this summer.

Moja drugarica Maja je pre nekog vremena otputovala na Kipar, i vratila se na jutro mog rođendana, tako da me je prijatno iznenadila samim tim što je došla. Nasmejala me je kad mi je rekla da je prepoznala moj stan po Tokio Hotel posterima koje je videla kroz prozor. :D Tokom njenog boravka tamo, kupila mi je ovu plišanu svinju, koju je nazvala Mila, i ovu preslatku stvarčicu za slatke snove koji će mi biti potrebni ovog leta.

My friend Teodora bought me this sweet set of jewelry, which I will surely wear because I adore the colors.

Moja drugarica Teodora kupila mi je ovaj sladak komplet nakita, koji ću sigurno nositi jer obožavam ove boje.

My friend and classmate who sits with me, Luka, was the only gentleman at my little party. He's wonderful and I'm so sad that we can't see each other that often because he lives in a distant city area, but we'll surely change that. I got this wonderful set of earrings and necklace from him.

Moj drug iz klupe, Luka, bio je jedini "gospodin" na mojoj maloj žurki. On je divan i jako mi je žao što ne možemo tako često da se viđamo jer živi u udaljenom kraju grada, ali sigurno ćemo to promeniti. Ovaj divan komplet minđuša i ogrlice sam dobila od njega.

And, in the end, the gifts I got from Kona, Milica, and two other friends, another Milica (who couldn't come because she was abroad until today) and Ivana - a Diva set of golden bangles which I was looking for so long, a make-up kit from Sephora that left me speechless, and a Bershka dress I tried on when I was at the Ušće shopping mall with Kona the last time. Thank you, girls, they're wonderful.

I, na kraju, pokloni koje sam dobila od Kone, Milice, i još dve drugarice, još jedne Milice (koja nije mogla da dođe jer je bila u inostranstvu sve do danas) i Ivane - Diva komplet zlatnih narukvica kakav sam jako dugo tražila, Sephora koferčić sa šminkom koji me je ostavio bez teksta, i haljina iz Bershke koju sam probala kad sam bila s Konom u šoping centru Ušće prošli put. Hvala vam, devojke, predivni su.
